Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 cup beef broth
  • 12 ounces cut green beans (frozen)
  • 1 cup corn (frozen)
  • 10 ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 16 ounces frozen tater tots
  • 1–2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Turn the Instant Pot to Sauté. When hot, add ground beef and break it up. Add the diced onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring frequently, until beef is browned, about 5 minutes. Stir in Worcestershire sauce.
