Wishing everyone a happy and safe Halloween! This year our family’s costumes include a minion, a bumblebee, and a “Special Forces Commando.” Black and yellow seem to be our theme.
The little bumblebee—Tubby Boy as “Tubby Bee”—was a bit unsure about getting into costume, but who can resist a cute dog dressed up?

I love looking back at kid costumes over the years, so here’s a rundown of Avery’s outfits from the beginning:
2003: Baby Ladybug – 2004: Jack-O-Lantern – 2005: Bumble Bee – 2006: Cowgirl

2007 – TinkerBelle
2008 – The Princess (with the pea)
2009 – A witch
2010 – A little red devil

And here’s Mister Aiden Jack in his “Special Forces Commando” getup—what a name for a costume. He really gets into character.

2009 – an itty bitty spider
2010 – Brobee from Yo Gabba Gabba
